Open from Friday 2nd December 9.30 am to 7.30 pm

How to take part in this year's Christmas Tree Festival
We ask that you supply and decorate an artificial tree. You are welcome to put a collection tin on your table for visitors to donate to your chosen cause. We will also have a competition box where visitors can nominate their favourite trees. There will be two categories, one adult and one junior with each winning organisation receiving a cheque for £50.
You will be able to set up your tree on Friday 2th December from 9.30 am. Trees will need to be removed on Sunday 4th between 4pm – 6pm or Monday 5th between 9am – 12 noon. (Sorry, but we can’t offer Thursday for setting up this year as hall is booked)
While the Christmas Tree Festival is open to the public there will be music and refreshments, including mince pies and mulled wine. The Hunstanton Voices Choir have agreed to sing on Saturday afternoon and I hope there may be others.
We only have space for a limited number of trees so can you please let us know a.s.a.p. if you would like to participate and if you want a table for your tree – we have plenty but some trees are floor standing if they’re quite tall.
If you want access to electricity the tree will be around the edge of the hall or on the stage but if you use battery lights then the tree will be in the middle of the hall. Plug-in lights will need to be PAT-tested with a proof sticker attached. (Unless they are brand new in which case a till slip will do)
